All menu selections are based per person, plus 18% gratuity and 9% La. State tax. The time allowed for the seminar will be from 8am to 5pm for a Full seminar meeting. For a Partial seminar meeting, mid-morning and afternoon snack, the time allowed is until 3pm.

Additional audio/visual equipment may be rented. Please ask for pricing information.

You may set-up the day before if facility is available or the morning of your event. Set-up time will need to be scheduled with the facility.

A deposit/contract will be needed to secure your date and time. You may pay your balance when your final count is given. Please confirm payment arrangements with our staff.
