All entrée selections include a house salad, entrée, an appropriate starch and vegetable, dessert,

Glazed Raspberry Chicken

 A boneless chicken breast, baked served with a raspberry glaze.

Chicken Madeline

A boneless chicken breast, baked and served over a creamy spinach madeline, and topped with Parmesan cheese.


Chicken Tchoupitoulas

A boneless chicken breast, baked served over diced potatoes, mushrooms served with Bearnaise sauce.


Chicken Oscar

A boneless chicken breast lightly battered and sautéed, and topped with asparagus, crabmeat, and hollandaise sauce.


Lemon Dill Fish Fillets

A generous fried fillet, topped with a lemon dill butter sauce and served with garlic mashed potatoes.

Trout Almondine

A trout filet baked in a lemon-butter garlic sauce and topped with toasted almonds.


Crawfish Cakes

Two crawfish cakes topped with roasted corn salsa.

Bayou Baked Fish

A baked fish filet topped with shrimp and garlic sauce.

Shrimp Scampi

Shrimp sautéed in white wine, lemon, and garlic sauce served atop a bed of pasta with garlic toast.

Served with maitre d’butter and underlain with a Marchands de vin sauce. Topped with lump crab meat and hollandaise sauce.


Citrus Marinated Lamb Chops

Two marinated and roasted lamp chops served with a citrus herb sauce.

Rosemary Lamb Chops

Two rosemary-seasoned lamb chops grilled and served with maitre d'butter.


Mint Julep Lamb Chops

Two bourbon glazed lamb chops, baked and served with mint jelly.
